loyalty-program - Internal Server Error

Hi all,

I just can't seem to get this to work no matter what I do, when I click on the link within the site I'm shown the following:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I have all the setting set like they should but it still will not work?

Can anyone help me with this please?

This occurs because the folders are writable by everyone - and this is a big security issue.

You need to change the permissions from '777' to '755'

if i remember correctly, you will have to apply the permissions recursively

i had this issue, and i think i had to apply the permissions to all files and folders

Done that and still it does not work, I get the same message when users click the Send question link, COD module as well.

It happened the same with me, i can not pass payment step, it always display error page
