Creative Allsorts Posted November 3, 2014 Share Posted November 3, 2014 Would there be any reason I am unable to select a carrier or add delivery options in a BO order? It means that on the invoice instead of showing the carrier it is blank, I used this a few days ago and it worked fine, all I have done since then is add products nothing else. - this is a copy of the options I see when I create a BO order. The Edit button only lets you add the tracking number. In other orders I have been able to manually add a delivery method and cost. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
