Littlepants Posted November 2, 2014 Share Posted November 2, 2014 I have the 'enable guest checkout' button enabled. however, several times recently I have been contacted by customers who think they have made an order, but the order has not gone through, they have received no email, and I have received no order, although the cart is showing. The only way the customer seems able to complete the order is to register, log in and complete. Surely that defeats the object of enabling guest checkout? Guest Posted July 2, 2015 Share Posted July 2, 2015 The answer is rather simple. You do not seem to receive the e-mails from the store. So, you've got a problem with mail configuration or translation in the store, when you should create separate files for your language if other than English.
