have product listing link to another category page instead of product page

I merely want to create what looks like a product listing in the products category. This "listing" will take people to another category when they click on it. It will take them to https://penguinyell.com/5-custom-penguin-yell. This category page will have product listings. (I'm trying to remove the "add to cart" button from the three listings on this last category so that customers must click on product listing to see options and pictures of product.)
