rgwhitaker Posted November 2, 2014 Share Posted November 2, 2014 (edited) I'm running PS 1.5.6.2 and have spent the entire day trying to resolve this. I don't know what else to do. I have the one-page shopping cart set up in the BO. I'm also using Sandbox to test the shopping cart, so I'm using a fake name and address. I don't know if that would have anything to do with the issue I'm having. I put an item in the cart and go to Checkout. I fill out the Sandbox customer's information on the page, ie, name, address, etc. Under the Delivery Methods section, I have the message "No carriers available for the address "My address". In the Choose Your Payment Method section, I have the error: "Error: None of your chosen carriers deliver to the address you've selected." Everything, as far as I can tell, in my PS BO is set correctly, as follows: - Products added and configured their correct weight and box dimensions- Zones: North America is ENABLED (it's the only zone that's enabled, since I'll only ship to U.S.)- Countries: United States is ENABLED- States: All US States are ENABLED- Billing is "According to total weight"- Carriers: UPS Ground is Enabled- Group Access: All are checked - All products have the correct carrier applied to them--either UPS or FedEx.- Apply Shipping Cost: Checked- Out-of-range behavior: Disable carrier- Weight range for UPS Ground set to: 0 to 150 pounds, which is UPS's limitation on ground shipping. - Advanced Stock Management is DISABLED. I'm not using that feature. (I read this problem could be caused when it is set to Yes at times) The Sandbox user's address is in the U.S. I don't have UPS or FedEx modules. I'm using ModuleBazaar's DropShip module, which allows you to set up carriers within the module. I've set up FedEx Ground and UPS Ground. So far, I've only tried this on the Guest Checkout. I haven't even tried creating an account for the user yet and logging in and trying to checkout. I want to get this resolved first, since customers will probably at times simply want to check out as Guest. Can anyone assist me with this? Thank you. In the Deliver Methods section, I have the error "No carriers available for the address "My Address." And in the Choose Your Payment Method, the error "Error: None of your chosen carriers deliver to the address you've selected." Any ideas? I've got to get this resolved. My suggestion is to create a new carrier that is only for one country (not the US - take some small country without provinces/states complications) and then to try to order as a customer from that country.
