Home Hook Images not showing next to Slider box - How to get them back?

Hi All,

 

The homehook images that were located beside the Slider box is no longer showing.

 

When I go into:

 

Modules> themeconfigurator> enable

I can see the images are still there.

 

when I try to resave them i get an error message>

The following module(s) were not upgraded successfully:

• themeconfigurator : 
      No upgrade has been applied
      To prevent any problem, this module has been turned off

 

How can I get this sorted?
