Thanks a lot for your answer.

I'm sorry but I cannot shut the door of shop. I am getting order.

My host said..it is not hacking attack and I should check configuration setting in paypal module.

Is it related with paypal module? or is it kind of hacking attack?

please answer.

I can find thousands of email from my contact email.

It seems that my shop is sending thousands of paypal error email to me while I have getting valid order from customer

from hosting, you will need data 'access log'.

here you can  find what IP is doing this and action, i.e. ban ip or something...

tip: maybe boot from hosting will fix as well...

let us know how this progresses

please follow this advice...you  need to find out  via accesss log IP of transaction.

Do you still think this is a PayPal issue?? if so... how do you know it? Have they told you that?

I have read a lot of threats with this issue and none of them have an answer. Some of those threats even opened for more than 2 years!

Thank you!

hi @oexo-france , can you outline , you think the host is blocking paypal api access? how can they block paypal api access and not access to the entire site?? thanks!

Bad configured server firewall of course can block access from Paypal to the API. Yous provider should add the Paypal-IP's to the server IP whitelist.

I am having the same issue.

I am getting thousands of this email in half an hour.

Nothing in the error report, no error description:

"Error reporting from your PayPalAPI module

A client has encountered a problem with the module PayPalAPI, see the report:"

I am using PS 1.6.1.11 and PayPal 3.11.3.

Can someone please fix this !!!
