One attribute not changing price in multiple attribute combination product

Hi,

 

First of all thanks to prestashop community for the awesome e-commerce platform. Now with the issue I'm having with a site in prestashop 1.6.0.9 is, I've setup multiple attributes combination for a product. One of the attribute is making change in the price of the product but not the other one. I've attached some screenshots for the front end (the link to which is http://baristasupplies.aussiedesigns.com.au/isomac/127-isomac-tea-due.html) and backend as well for the reference.
