You cannot access our store from your country

Hi all,

 

Currently using ver 1.4.4.1 - held back from updating because it fitted my purpose & not sure if associated modules would update.

 

Site was ok last time I looked (approx a month ago) was looking to check something out and had the following message.

 

You cannot access our store from your country. We apologize for the inconvenience.

 

I have not changed anything nor updated - could anyone help and shed some light?

Additional note: upgraded site to latest version but now get a page displayed saying

 

503 overloaded

 

You cannot access this store from your country. We apologize for the inconvenience.

 

I still get the same message and cannot view my own site even when I use the link from back end. Any help greatly appreciated
