jdietrich Posted October 29, 2014 Share Posted October 29, 2014 Does Prestashop have a way (either built-in or as an add-on) assign store credits to customers which they can then use to "purchase" items from your store? For example, say I have a company store with 10 employees. I want to give each employee $100 in store credit with which they can buy items in the store. This is not "prepaid" in the sense that the employee cannot add their own money to their account, nor is it a credit slip in the sense that they are getting money back on due to a refund. This credit should be an amount that can be set in the back end on a per-customer basis by the store administrator. Any guidance or help on answering this would be greatly appreciated. Check on "Price Rules" on the left (black) panel and inside "Cart Rules" and/or "Catalog Price Rules". Quite a bevy of tweaking options there! Very powerful this bit of software I tell you. Do use the "Help" button located in the top right green bar. It opens a, sometimes longuish, list of documentation on the exact thing you're looking at. One gripe that jumps at me right now is the "arbitrary" naming conventions on many options, specially considering there's kind of a leader to follow on that in Magento or some of the bigger SaaS setups.
