prestashopninja
Hi, Your website is doing in fact already quite well. The avarage load time for me is around 1.6 seconds. Perhaps there is heavly load on pingdom servers. Try it also with GTMetrix.

mazat
Thank you very much for helping me. @vekia - yes, it is a shared hosting (not dedicated) I have same issue all the time. i would be appreciated if you could make more tests. Focus on left categories menu. Try to click random categories many times. Sometimes firefox bar icon rotates in left direcotion for a long time (up to 30s waiting for server) and sometimes shop loads perfectly fast. I just need to determine if it is a server issue or shop scripts... Thanks.
tuk66
Everything on shared hosting is unpredictable. The database is usually a problem. I suggest to move to VPS with 3,500 products.
Guest
Hi mazat, I am having some similar issues. Did you ever have any luck with this issue?
Guest
Hi mazat, Thanks for the update. I'll have to re-evaluate our hosting. Cheers.
prestashopninja
Hi, Almost everytime, this issue is sourced by a third-party module consuming too much mysql resources, because of poor coding. While a better server can tolerate this resource-expensive operations, I would first suggest to turn debug profilin on and see what really happens.
