An error occurred during the image upload in Theme Configurator?

All,

We tested our shopping-cart & now ported to its respective URL

Seems like during porting some problem occurred. Following issues seen on Front Page:-

 

1) Slider has moved into center

2) Two (2) banners on right side of the Slider are no longer seen.

3) Unable to add/hook images in BO: Home, Top, Right, Left are not happening.

Always leads to An error occurred during the image upload.

 

Can you please suggest what the issue could be?
