redalice734 Posted October 23, 2014 Share Posted October 23, 2014 Hi, I have a client who asked me to duplicate his catalog and set up the copy on a new server (we altered the product line slightly). We are having problems with customer orders and customer questions going to the other catalog's contact person rather than the new one. I changed the customer service, etc. email addresses in the back office, but emails (especially post-order customer service questions) are still going to the original contact email instead of the new one. Is there a file in the program where I need to manually override this? If so, can you point me in the right direction? thepan Posted October 23, 2014 Share Posted October 23, 2014 (edited) Good evening I would guess there are old Database entries. Did you clean the database from old costumers and orders? If you are still able to do so, just use the "pscleaner" module that comes with the software. Obviously dont delete the products and categories if you still need them.
