Erro 500 em browser mobile (Safari/ Android Browser)

Boas,

 

É o meu primeiro post no forum, mas estou com um problema que já andei às voltas e não consigo ver de onde vem.

 

Estou a criar um site em prestashop 1.6.0.9 e não estou a conseguir abrir em mobile.

 

Já apaguei o .htaccess, ja gerei novo, já apaguei o site todo tornei a instalar e mesmo assim continua a dar erro 500 em mobile. 

 

O mais estranho é que só dá esse erro no front-end, no backend consigo entrar na boa.

Boas,

 

No meu lado esta a funcionar.

No backoffice desative o module theme e verifique se o problema se mantem.

Backoffice -> Theme -> Preferences

Também eu consigo acessar ao seu front-office, só que somente com o tablet, Com o handy nao. Vc. está usando no servidor alguma firewall ou filtro que poríbe o acesso de certos browsers ? É estranho que com o tablet funciona e com o handy nao. Ambos sao android, só que browsers diferentes.Nao creio que o problema seja com o tema móvel, mas sim algum filtro no seu servidor.

Com a sugestão do CarlosC a situação ficou resolvida.

Basta desativar o configurador do tema em Smartphone e tablet e o site ficou logo a funcionar.

 

Neste momento vou fazer uma fresh install porque mexi demais em coisas que não devia.
