How can I show all products from the same shop group?

I want to show all product from all shop in the same shop group (when you enable multistore) on my website.

 

Condition:

1. 1 employee respond to 1 shop and handle only their products.

2. show all products on main website.

 

I try to override the Db class to overlook the product's shop_default_id. It's work when i check on mysql but when it's come to shop main page it's show only legend image, their link is wrong, their price turn 0.

 

I try to fix this for more than 2 weeks and still no solution, help me please!
