daisypoo
After messing up my first download yesterday, I have downloaded PS again today and have put our header on the site. Of course it's messed up the search box and the shopping cart. I've saved the original files so should be able to back to the start if needed, but can you tell me how to move them? www.dijac.co.uk (preferably to the top bar, where the contact us and sign in are, or along from the category tabs I don't want to touch anything without some advice, cos I know what'll happen! I have searched btw, but none of the replies I've found seem to fit my problem Thanks in advance
El Patron
tip: how do we fail when building our first and 99th shop? By being distracted with logo and/or to much design before we actually build our products. Someone can help with this I'm sure but now it's not as important, , 'focus' on building categories, products, and some basic theme configuration. If you just need logo put in, make one that fits top left...then re-visit the design of your shop. and back up often during build.
daisypoo
El Patron you are full of good advice It'll be a while before we are ready to trade, we're still accumulating stock and waiting for equipment, which is why I want to spend the time now preparing the site, so that it's ready when we are So I hope someone can help, cos it's important to me
El Patron
you are very kind but it's more wisdom than advice... from experience, you will want new theme, boot-strap is well kind of 'basic'.....most should build as suggested base shop, then buy high quality theme...good luck!
