Shipping Cost by Item Quantity

Hello, 

 

The Prestashop default carriers let you chose facturing by weight or total price for the order.

I need to calculate shipping costs by the quantity of items ordered like this way:

 

1)  Carrier 1:

·  $ 38,00 (up to 8 items)

·  More than 9 items, multiply each item by $ 4.40

·  Don't accept orders with more than 30 items.

 

2) Carrier 2:

·   $ 38,00 (up to 5 items)

·  More than 6 items, multiply each item by $ 7.20

·  Don't accept orders with more than 15 items.

 

Which is the best way to get this configuration?
