Error in amin modules page

Hi, while trying to access modules page I got this error:

 

[blockadvertising] error found in Config: Opening and ending tag mismatch: meta line 4 and head

[blockadvertising] error found in Config: Opening and ending tag mismatch: meta line 3 and html

[blockadvertising] error found in Config: Premature end of data in tag head line 2

[blockadvertising] error found in Config: Premature end of data in tag html line 1

 

and some modules are gone from the list.

 

When I remove this module, error appears for [blockbanner] and so on...

 

Please help!

Some files are corrupted. Anyway, all /modules/*/config*.xml files can be safely deleted. They are automatically recreated.

I have the same issue, removing all /modules/*/congif*.xml files doesn't help, when they get recreated they just show the same error again

This is how my xml looks like:

	<is_configurable>1</is_configurable>

</module>

and the errors I get are:

2 errors

1. [banklinklhv] Error found in config file: StartTag: invalid element name
2. [banklinklhv] Error found in config file: Extra content at the end of the document

I have got the same error on different module :/

 

SOLUTION:

 

In Dreamweaver do:

Commands -> Apply source formating

Save file and upload it on your ftp
