Shop logo as h1

I tried to find a solution for my problem with missing h1 on my index page. In another topic Vekia said it makes sense to set the shop logo as h1. 

 

My questions: If we set the logo as h1 is there the same h1 on every site of our store (because the logo is shown on every page) ?

 

I think actually the product name is the h1 for product pages. Is that correct? Would it be a problem with shop logo as h1? Will there be two h1 then? If yes, what should we do? 

 

And last question? How can we set a specific name for the logo to make it h1? We want to name the logo with our most important keyword to have it on every site as h1. Does this make sense?
