what is the best method for doing keyword as above, ofcourse besides using Google Trends and Google Keywords Planner.

no one knows how to google interprets texts on website

this is mystery, it's a kind of magic related to google "penguin" engine.

If you mark them with schema.org, engines will see it

my way of marking it is not with itemprop="keyword" but with itemprop="isrelatedto" because I felt more appropriate. but i used the words from tags.

don't waste your time with keywords... your content just have to contain your keywords and long tail. Stop it. To reach top of 1st page in google results you need to get high quality backlinks with sometimes optimized anchors

thanks for your advice. i prefer to go for crawler visibility via rdfa / schema.org than for links outside domain.
