[RESOLVED] [Important]: Bug with PayPal "Intégral Evolution" : No order of BO

Hello,

following the temporary problem not order in BO , please find below a manipulation to do manually to get orders that were made between October 13 and October 16.

 

So you need to download your transaction history by performing the following steps:

 

• Hover over ‘History’ in the main menu
• Click ‘Download History’
• Choose your timeframe and format, e.g. CSV
• Click ‘Download History’

 

Any team PayPal apologizes for the inconvenience this has temporary bug and we are working to ensure this does not happen again.
