How get the download link for attachment uploaded from Catalog -> Attachments tab

Hi Experts,

I have uploaded the file from catalog -> Attachments , I can see it is uploaded successfully and created a entry in below table with ID , Name and Key.

How to get the URL to download the same file from browser.

Like example below

http://www.myshop.com/myshop/get-file.php?key=39e956ef5042a66c87d4401220269712f02bf11e-fbdd27ed975e2bde52eeb964c2a81c393ae4137f

Please help.
