martin.nv
Hello everybody, I have problem in Prestashop 1.6.0.9. My backoffice ignore files that are in mails/cs folder. There is some templates and changes but in backoffice "translations/email templates/language" are still the same "old ones". I can edit them, they looks edited, but in the file in ftp nothing change. They ingnore each other:-( I tried update language from presta server, it changed ftp files, but not backoffice translation. Do you have any idea what can be wrong? robbie007
Ok, I've got the solution. Look in the theme you're using (not the default theme) if there is a folder mails/en. If there is only a folder de, nl, fr, or whatever, than translation gives problems. If the mails/en folder is not there, create it and copy your all the files from de, nl, fr, or whatever into the mails/en folder. Now you can translate all the mails in backoffice > e-mail translations > currunt theme > current language. Let me know if it works.
Smiles
This did the trick! But now i have my nl mails folder in both the root and theme. Can i remove them in the root or remove them completely from the themes folder?
