3 items, 3 colours, 1 out of stock, need to have the out of stock not display

Hi

I have a product in my shop, the same product in three different colours and i display them as a choice in PS.
When one of the colours is sold out but the other two are still in stock, is there a way of disabling the one that is out of stock or even better having its image prevented from displaying?

in your Back Office click the Preferences tab, and then when the page loads click the sub LINK called Products. When that page loads you have the options for showing or not out of stock product attributes, as well as the option to allow or not the ordering of out of stock products.
