pmdcp
Hi, I moved my prestashop from one server to another and since then I don´t receive notifications from new customers or orders. The cron jobs are set. What can be the cause? Pedro
Dh42
It could be an email issue. The server might have an email policy that does not allow sending emails of that type. Is your email address the same as your domain?

Antonino - Uebix.com
Hello, you can test if your prestashop send emails correctly in back office:Back Office->Advanced Parameters->EmailsIn my experience, some servers with plesk or panel not configured correctly, can block emails on the same domain if the email services is on other server.

Antonino - Uebix.com
Emails for new orders are sent by Mail Alerts module. Install the module and configure it to receive email from new orders.

I did it all and I didn´t receive as admin that a new order was placed. I sent a message as a customer and admin didn´t receive it, but as customer I received the answer.
