Technician Needed ASAP. Order page, Splitted.

Hi, I'm looking for a technician to help my web store as soon as possible.

It's very urgent, as My website's order page has gone splitted all of a sudden, since last night for some reason.

This is the link to the order page.

On chrome, the logo duplicates and overlaps to each other and on Explorer the page gets splitted.

 

I don't know what's going on, as I haven't really touched anything that should cause this problem and it just happened all of a sudden.

You have a link that is not supposed to be before the BODY tag:

Hi, probably your problem is in the one page order template file.

 

You can find it in /themes/themes150/order-opc.tpl or in some related file (order-address.tpl, order-opc-new-account.tpl etc etc)

I have syntax error on

var guestCheckoutEnabled = {$PS_GUEST_CHECKOUT_ENABLED|intval}; 

on order-opc.tpl

Would this be it? how do I solve the problem?
