Bug with the "Set shop URL" feature?

I have a problem which I hope to get some help with.

 

Previously my Prestashop URL was http://forcasuals.com.hemsida.eu/ but my domain recently came through to http://forcasuals.com

 

So now I need to change the Prestashop URL and according to the guides I've read, should I change the domain under SEO & URLs -> "Set shop URL". Correct?

 

The problem is that this module is completely blank. I can't change a damn thing, and I'm pretty sure I played around with this last week. See attached image.

 

I recently changed back and forth with Multistore so I was thinking if this is a bug related to this (when activated are urls  changed in the multistore section)?

 

The admin url for forcasuals.com/adminxxx works so the domain is live and working.

 

Any ideas?
