DrunkBug
In short - yes. If you need more detailed answer - it depends on how you want your website to be installed - to remove existing website and replace it with Prestashop, to use a subfolder for your shop, like www.yourdomain.com/shop, or you want to use a subdomain shop.yourdomain.com

DrunkBug
I don't see any advantages or disatvanges over those cases. You can do it both ways.
claudioverga
to enter the store you have to type the address of the existing site?
DrunkBug
No, you choose what to use: subfolder or subdomain. And you access your website by entering www.yourdomain.com/shop or shop.yourdomain.com If you want to use subfolder, you need to create a subfolder named "shop" or whatever you choose under your document root directory and install prestashop there, if you want to use subdomain - well, you create a subdomain at your hosting or domain registrar, and install prestashop under that subdomain. We can't write you a tutorial about this very basic stuff, it's outside of Prestashop scope, google it about it first and learn how web url's, hosting etc. works.
