Multistore or not multistore

I will be starting an online store on eyewear, for the start there will two countries in Australia and U.S. The only main different is the price but the product range remain the same for both country. At the moment the general layout may remain the same.

 

So my question is should I use the multistore or just create one shop?

It depends. If you want to buy a domain for each country, then yes, you need multistore, like site.com and site.au

Managing a multistore is it the same as managing a prestashop single store in terms of adding products, managing orders, delivery and other basic business functions?

Well yes, it's the same, you just have to pay attention when you edit products/categories. You can also choose if you want to share carts and other features in the shop group
