blockcontactinfos - nl2br don't work

In blockcontactinfos the nl2br seems not working.

 

This is the row of the code:

 

{if $blockcontactinfos_address != ''}<li><pre>{$blockcontactinfos_address|escape:'html':'UTF-8'|nl2br}</pre></li>{/if}
 

The nl2br is present but not printed on screen.

 

Any suggestion?

Just idea, try

{$blockcontactinfos_address|nl2br|escape:'html':'UTF-8'}
