DARKF3D3 Posted October 12, 2014 Share Posted October 12, 2014 Sometimes when customers make an order with PayPal I get double orders. I get 2 order with all the same customer data, products ordered, and also the order state (order date with 1 second delay); So if the payment is accepted from B.O. I see like if I have received 2 order and 2 payment, but If i go on PayPal website there's only one transaction. This Is a big bug because i see 2 transaction while indeed i receiver only one. Anyone else has notice this bug? PS: I'm using PayPal v3.7.2 on PS 1.6.0.9 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I believe this was happening before the new paypal update and seems to be happening still. What did you see in your error logs? Today I had a duplicated order, both showing as paid through paypal, but with the same transaction ID (only one transaction/payment made by the customer). I'm using PS 1.609 and paypal module 3.8.0.
