real shipping rate

sir/madam,

I need to apply shipping rate based on size and the distance of the shipping place.
I could see the tax.but not real shipping rate.
ex. If company is in california, there should be no shipping charge inside california
and for other cities / states there should be shipping rate.

any idea?

I need to calculate shipping rate based on product size. possible in prestashop?


Please advice me..
