Theme Fix Phone Number and Paypal

I have two problem in my theme

 

Common Problem(may be faced by others): 
Paypal button overlaps with add to wishlist product

Private problem:
I have RTL theme for Arabic language but the phone number is reversed

yes! fixed but where is the rectangular button now ! it's a thin button now but much better

thanks for following up,Paulito has helped in paypal issue, the paypal button is hidden cz the qty is zero for this item. and the phone issue is due to dashes in the number, i ll mark this as solved but could you please follow the other topic
