Cathus
I am trying to do a test purchase using an ID with an address in the UK. I have 3 couriers set up, Standard UK, Europe Airmail and USA Airmail It should offer me my standard UK postage (my shop is in the UK), however it is only offering me my airmail to Europe option. This leads me to think maybe my locaisation is incorrect. My Localisation Configuration is showing as English / UnitedKingdon / Pound / Europ/London Timezone Zones shows 1 Europe 2 North America 9 UK How do I check that my store is a UK store and make the standard UK postage show up in the cart (it is set as the default courier mode) thanks
PascalVG
The localization configuration is not important here. That's only the default values for the shop (i.e. the standard language is English, when nog logged in, the shop assumes you're in United Kingdom, The prices will be shown by default in Pound, Shop time zone used is UK time) What IS important is that: 1) country UK is placed in zone UK, (Check localization->countires, edit country 'UK' and see if it is placed in the right zone 'UK') 2) courier "Standard UK Postage" (at least) sends to zone UK 3) other couriers DON'T send to zone UK (If you don't want them to show up when the delivery address is in country UK) 4) the currently used 'delivery address' of the test customer during checkout is in country UK. (if you use advanced stock method, make sure your warehouses can use the UK courier, otherwise it won't show in checkout) Can you check if this is all true? My 2 cents, pascal
Cathus
Thanks Pascal, UK was placed in 'Europe', have changed it to 'UK' and it is now shiowing up. Many thanks! Garry
