TomMarx
Hi! I am running the webshop www.kingsofsweden.com on PS 1.6.0.8Since a couple of days I am experiencing a strange problem: Once a client wants to buy something and starts the registration process the page turns white. It happens when the person has selected a product and wants to check out. The person introduces its email and presses "Creating an account". So far so good, but when thereafter the address is introduced and when now the client clicks on the green "register" button, the page turns white (and this URL is shown in the browser URL field: https://www.kingsofsweden.com/en/login). The client will be registered and receives an email, but he cant go aheat and make the payment at this stage - what is annoing!!!! I checked already on the hosting side if the server is running fine (and it is!) as well as I checked if the php is running low on memory (but it isn´t). So, what can be wrong????? Does anybodu has an idea? I am grateful for help and comments! Best regards, Tom

TomMarx
Hi PH42, did you mean "debug mode"? Shall I turn it on in the PS panel or via ftp in the settings file?
Dh42
You have to ftp into the config/defines.inc.php and turn it on manually, there is currently no option to do it in the back office.
TomMarx
ok, did it in the defines.inc.php and get this error: {"status":false,"exit":false,"errors":["PHP max execution time exceeded because of the followers. The newsletter will jump to the next email address."]} I have installed Newsletter Pro 2.7 - seems there is something wrong, or???
Dh42
Try disabling it and see if it lets you register.
