When a client buys something online, the confirmation email he receives is correct however the email I receive as well as the order in the back office and the details order in the customer account pages are wrong. For some reasons, products are added to the cart. I have notice that all the wrong additional products are added on top of the good one. Thank you for helping me. PascalVG Posted October 9, 2014 Share Posted October 9, 2014 Hi Morgan, This is probably because you ever deleted some old orders, which caused problems in some versions, as the order data wasn't removed fully, and some product items coupled to that order ID were left behind in some tables (never checked if they fixed this in newer versions, BTW). When re-using that order ID afterwards, it could give these problems... Problem is known as "ghost items". Search Google for 'ghost items prestashop', and you will get other posts about this, like this one: http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/242031-solved-an-extra-product-appears-in-my-customers-shopping-cart/ What version do you use??
