how can I display shipping costs in cart (set up not working nor earlier topic solution)

Hi,

I am having extreme difficulty in removing free shipping from the cart and replacing it with shipping costs. 

 

I've set up shipping >> carriers -  I set up my own carrier module as there isn't one for Finland  (where I                                                            live).

I am unable to find a solution. I' found this link but the coding in step 2 is out of date

Is there a way to replace "free shipping" with the costs?

 

I can't use my shop until this is resolved.
