Labels with percentage or price does not show anymore

I totally forgot how to show a discount on a product.

 

I had it before, but somehow its gone now.. I already tried getting it back with 'specifik prize' but when I do, it doesn't show the label + is does not show the price before and now..

 

What can i do?

 

Do I need to reset something??

 

I added a printscreen how I had it before and how I would like it back...

In the attachment you can see how it shows on the website at the moment.

 

In my first post you can see it with labels and a discount. I would love to get this back, but I don't get what's wrong..

Are you using unmodified default-bootstrap theme? If yes, restore all files in the /themes folder from the installation zip.

How do you get the installation zip or where? It was default, so I never recieved a installation zip of it.
