888desjardins Posted October 5, 2014 Share Posted October 5, 2014 hi all version : prestaShop™ 1.6.0.6 when customer tried to pay by credit card, i received a message from my bank which said the payment is refused. i checked back office./ orders , the order status is Payment error . i checked back office/parameters / logs, it shows the following 2 messages: (1) Le panier ne peut être chargé ou une commande a déjà été réalisée avec ce panier (2) Error - The following e-mail template is missing: /home/cadencel/www/mails/fr/guest_to_customer.txt i have been coordinating with my back , the technician guy who installed the payment system and the web designer, the problem has not solved yet. can anybody give me some suggestions? thanks in advance Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Dh42 Posted October 7, 2014 Share Posted October 7, 2014 Add the missing file in the error message to your site and it should fix the issue. When I tried to pay by my credit card, the bank said: Your bank card has been rejected. Cadencel has been informed. Here is the information of log Cart cannot be loaded or an order has already been placed using this cart Order status is: Payment error 10/7/2014 09:06:44 It seems now it's the problem of Cart.
