meerimage Posted October 5, 2014 Share Posted October 5, 2014 Just opened my shop to the public, and my customers do not seem to be getting an email confirmation that they have successfully placed an order. One customer went back 3 times, paying for the order 3 times! They just get to the end of checkout and it says "your shopping cart is empty", nothing more. I'm using PS 1.6.0.8 and my shop is here: http://www.meerimage.com/prestashop/ Please feel free to place fake order if you think you can help! Thanks! meerimage Posted October 5, 2014 Author Share Posted October 5, 2014 This might be a Paypal issue, because my fake order above was done choosing "Check" as the payment method. I placed another order and actually used a credit card - the cart stopped working right after I clicked on "I confirm my order". It just froze.
