PS 1.6.0.9 Unable to get a carrier registered in check out.

Hi Fellow PS users

 

I have a clean install of PS 1.6.0.9 and have been going through the steps of tuning it for our use.  (Currently operating earlier version of PS)

 

All has gone well until I entered in a new Zone (UK) and added United Kindom to it.  (formely it was in Europe)

 

Then have sent up manually a carrier to use Royal Mail (could be any carrier of course) set price ranges and set each price cost for shipping as per price range.  Carrier is active !!

 

 

Then go to front office to make tests and travel through cart until one gets to the section accpeting Terms etc.

 

At this point in time there is a warning "No carriers available" and cannot travel to final mode of payment.

 

Now I have viewed my old PS Version again - and deleted and entered in the carriers a few more times on the New 1.6.0.9 Verion and still it persists not to show any carrier option.

 

Then set back Unitied Kingdom into original zone (Europe) and tried test again - same situation - unable to move forward to payment pane.

 

I am not new to PS and know that this should work - so I am here just incase I am missing something - so if any one does know what I may not be doing right - would really like to hear from you.

OH just to make you understand it is a clean install and not a upgrade!!
