Not able to update status for second carrier for orders in BO side

Hi There,

 

I was testing orders on my website(not live yet), These what i performed...

1.I have Chosen two products in my cart.

    First Product has Shipping Carrier as  "Carrier A".

    Second Product has Shipping Carrier as "Carrier B".

2.Have filled all details and used Payumoney as the testing Payment gateway and order was generated in Back Office.

 

Now I updated the status of order from "Payment Accepted" to "Shipped" .

I can put Tracking Number only for "Carrier B"...Why...?

Why not carriers which are used are selected in Back office to enter Tracking Number.

Since i have two products shipping from two different locations, want to update tracking number for both.

 

Have searched lot regarding this on forums but i dont know if anyone come across this type of issue.

Any help will be appreciated. I have to live my website in 2 weeks and am stuck up at this.

Please help me.....!!!
