How to get store to send me and customers. Emails

I am getting all emails to me, mine shows order and the one the customer is suppose to get that shows payment received and the order went thur went to me and not the,. so how do I fix that. And also Emil come saying mail delivery system instead of my business name. Please if anyone knows how I can fix this send me detail info as I am not very good at doing this. Maybe there's a book or online book I can look at. Thanks for any help.,
