customize product button only visible on hover

Hi

my customize product button can only be seen when the mouse rolls over.

Ive gone into product.css but there only seems to be

.box-cart-bottom .buttons_bottom_block {

 

This changed the background on the wish list too, I'd like to just change the add to cart / customize product only
