JM1
First of all, I've searched on google and this forum for a solution. I've edited both the HTML and txt files to remove the prestashop link in the newsletter. the preview shows that the link should be gone, but when the email is recieved the link is still there. I've tried clearing my cache after editing, and the source code shows no sign of it. something I could be missing here? To edit the files, I'm using Localization > Translations > email templates/default theme/english
sandipchandela
Just change the both templates available in following directories 1) /prestashop/mails/en/ 2) /prestashop/themes/default/mails/en/ If you are using different theme than follow theme path.. It's gone from when I edited the 4 files before. any other ideas what could be causing this? vekia
what emails you changed? internal prestashop messages that are there (in prestashop) by default? or some custom modules mails?

I think you are searching prestashop folder in your project directory. If so then ignore prestashop word. Just ignore it.

I found the files you were speaking of in the presta directory, when editing them there's no signs of "powered by presta" or "presta" in the newsletter files. what emails you changed? internal prestashop messages that are there (in prestashop) by default? or some custom modules mails? I would like to modify emails to customers to not include "powered by presta" at the bottom. I followed guides for doing so here, but after deleting powered by presta from the HTML and text editors; testing with a few email accounts it's still showing up.
