Sell Voucher codes as Gift Certificates

Hi

Is it possible to sell vouchers as Gift Certificates on the store? Or is there a way to sell Gift certificates with unique codes on the store?

If yes, how would I go about doing this so? Ideally the client would receive the voucher/gift certificate code in the confirmation email.

I would love this to be available I did it another way but it does not generate a voucher code which would really be the best way.

Sure
I create a product called Gift certificate
then created attributes to this product like $25 $50 $100 and made the price change accordingly.
This works but I still have to create the voucher myself and send the person their code or paper gift certificate.
Not a great system but it's better than not selling certificates at all.

what about the shipping ? since i have a shipping cost of $3 a $5 gift certificate would become $8 ... how do you handle that ?

Sure.
For each certificate I offer 2 choices, by email or post.
So when they choose by post I add a shipping fee.
When they order with the email option I send them a pdf of their certificate with their unique voucher code I create by hand.
