Checkout: Address is not needed

Hello!

 

I have two shipping methods, one of them is some carrier, and another is "shipment at own expense", when a customer goes to one of offline shops too get his purchase by himself.

 

If the customer takes his purchase on his own, I don't need to carry his purchase to him, then I don't need to know his address and he doesn't have a reason to spend his time filling up required fields in my online shop.

 

How can I make some address fields to be not required? E.g. I need only mobile phone number, so how to make Country, City, State regions not required?

 

My shop works in one city, so why complicate things for customers

 

Also I'd like that if only user filled his address fields he would see another shipping methods (carriers).

 

I want to give my customers a choise. Also I think this solution may help many e-shop owners who have the same idea..

 

Is it possible to make this?
