Marcus57
from here, it should be saying that between 0 to 6, 6.5 to 10 and 10.5 to 20 the prices are different. But when I tried a product set as 8, it is set as the first range, rather than the second range. Is there something I'm doing wrong?

nutxlago
Hi,Markus57, I was sure to have replied to this topic some tiem ago,now I see my reply is nowhere . I suggest you to be more precise in ranges. from 0 to 6.0 from 6.1 to 10 from 10.1 to 20 and so on Because PS will apply higher or lower cost when there is no cost for a given weight (what happens now if weight is 6.4?) Check your Carriers > (general) preferences to see which overall rule is applied when a weight is not among the ranges set. Hope this helps! Marcus57
All I can see from that is "out of range behaviour" which is just above that table, which I believe is if it goes over 20. When the weight is 6.4, should it not choose the one that's between 6.1 and 10? This is all I see in general, nothing about rules.
