Whispar1
Hello, I am using 1.6.0.9 and the native UPS module V1.3.4 The calculated shipping cost for UPS ground is almost double what it should be. For instance, a package with dimensions of 20" x 34" x 20" and weighing 13 lbs in my UPS account shows a shipping cost of approx $50 USD However, the calculated cost in the shopping cart is almost $80 USD I do not have handling charges. My 1.5.3.1 installed calculated UPS correctly. Anyone run across this in 1.6?? I am going to scare away customers
bellini13
Prestashop does not calculate the rate, it simply sends the information to UPS and receives back a rate. So I believe you will need to show what the UPS module sent to UPS, and what rate was returned by UPS.
Whispar1
Thank you for the information. How would I go about doing this? When I am logged in to my ups account, using the exact same address, the amount shows approx $50 However, the amount returned through the UPS module to the shopping cart is approx $80 This is what I am not understanding how the calculation could be so far off. I did not have this issue with my 1.5.3.1 site so I am a bit lost as to what to check.
