DaveBr Posted October 2, 2014 Share Posted October 2, 2014 (edited) Clients website is a fairly straightforward setup. With physical products, and shipping based on a very simple weight range. However some products are showing free shipping when added to the cart, when they're not meant to. I've been through offending products & compared their setup to others which are behaving normally, & I'm finding nothing that would suggest why they are doing this. Products which do this & do not are the same weight, so there's nothing apparently wrong there. Through the price range there's no apparent pattern either as one will add shipping the next won't, and then the next will. Anybody know if this is a bug? Or suggest what else to look for? Edit: Seems it's probably to do with the Warehouse setting for advanced order management. Can all products be batched to use the same Warehouse? ie they'd not have to go through them all one by one. DigitalA Posted April 27, 2016 Share Posted April 27, 2016 Goto to the products -> quantities section make sure I want to use the advanced stock management system for this product. is Unchecked If you have some products checked and other not checked it will cause this issue.
